Short Takes is a monthly meeting where members share short plays or scenes from longer works. This is a more informal meeting like a regular writers group. Anyone can participate by just showing up and bringing their body and a script. We do not invite actors to these meetings; however, they are welcome to come and help us read if interested. We ask that playwrights keep the scripts they bring in to these meetings to no more than 15 pages. We may occasionally read a longer one-act if time allows.
